in uni...

gosh.. it has been such a long time since i relax and online!!! i'm on-line in my uni's hostel now, kolej keris mas :) sadly have to pay.. since it's the first day of our class, i'm very very free compared to the hectic but fulfilling orientation week ;)

my room is good, got a good roommate, thank God! of course in the beginning i hated this place so much! the room is stuffy and humid. there's a kind of annoying and irritating pungent smell.. eww.. i went back home to bring air purifier, box fan etc but the smell just won't go! and so in the 2nd week, i brought hippo water absorver, stronger chemical for air purifier and air ioniser BUT THE SMELL IS STIL THERE though it is still not so bad..

talkign about the toilet.. first few days i dunno how to bath at all! the floor is so dirty.. full of hair and all.. eww.. so disgusting but eventually i got used to it.. and best of all, bathing with icy cold water..gosh! cant imagine i'm leaving the comfort of my home to this place..

food! as you all now, it is the most important thing of all!! haha.. orientation week's food was pretty bad but i dun mind.. eat less, gain less! haha... faculty's food tastes good but slightly pricely compared to my college's.. and of course i've got lots of supply in my room! my friends said i brought the whole kitchen to my room ;) haha..typical beatrice..

friends, thank God He blessed me with great roommate, coursemates and friends.. i won't say much here, haha,.. wanna know more? ask me personally.. haha..

lecturers.. most of them are humourous.. but some lectures are conducted in BM which i am really against it.. i mean we've learnt english in form 6 but why BM again now!? so confusing.. but i'll be open minded thou..

so much more to say but ya, i thank God for my time here.. i am determined to enjoy my uni life and to learn and excel ;) God is really here with me even when i'm away from home.. i can feel His presence and He is just so real and wonderful to me!! PRAISE THE LORD!

missing home and church.. haha but i'll be back on weekends ;)

hey dear! seems u're the unlucky 1 or ur living place. i did some survey, some of them very lucky get a very nice room but some are truly terrible! haha i believe the next time i see u u'll lose ur weight. HOPEFULLY huh. haha LURVE YOU !!! =D

What are you imagining now?

Hello, it's me Sitting in a newly organized room with a eucalyptus aroma saturating the room gives me a kind of serenity in the midst of this chaotic world. I haven't been writing for ages and I thought perhaps I could start again since writing (or blogging) does organize my thoughts. I am also surprised that I could still log in to my dusty blog and the fact that it still sort-of exists. I read a book on "The New Species" by Greg Violi and this gave me a new perspective on my identity and my struggle with the old vs new self. My first in 2014

Two years have passed since my last blog entry. How fast time flies. I decided to change the blog layout just to give a gist of freshness to it. Many things have changed since 2012 - most of all, myself. I guess two years of working (or slightly more) opened up my worldview and definitely altered some perspective of life. Most of all, God has done so many things in my life! In life, nothing is constant but His faithfulness remains through it all. I am excited to see what lies ahead of me - His Glory and Kingdom. (Pardon my vague updates, I am still trying to figure out how to privatize my blog so that I could only allow personal access to this. Till then, see you next round soon, hopefully)
